Non stop nightmare

My never ending nightmare continues with discovery, so after waiting nearly 2 months for my claim to be paid i made a cash payment at my gynaes office as he would not see me without and payment being made as discovery never paid it at the time. They finally decided to make the payment on the 26th of feb hence me mailing the claims department the week prior with proof of payment stating that i already made the payment and that they now have to pay the funds back to my bank account they then still went right ahead and paid it into the gynaes bill and i paid him already.I dont understand why they did this if i went the proper root my mailing the claims dept with my propf of payment before they made the payment. I still dont have my funds.....when does this end. Most stressfull pregnancy with discovery its a non stop cycle of *********** staff and no assistance although you as the client follow all the proper measures.
