Non-standard request - Discovery call centre exceeds expectations

Called the Discovery Health call centre yesterday. My request was non-standard. I needed a letter in order to respond to a SARS query. The call centre agent, Thembehle, was patient, efficient and intelligent. I got the letter I requested within 24 hours. Discovery exceeded my expectations!
