Non-Smart Plan Doctor's bill Rejected - Follow up

I did get a call from Discovery! They said the information I received from Discovery, that they pay 80% of out of hospital, Non-Smart Plan Doctors for Chronic Conditions is incorrect. The Discovery caller said that on the Smart Plan, they never pay 80% of out of hospital, Non-Smart Plan doctors. Discovery paid 80% of my partner's out of hospital account. He is also on the Smart Plan and saw the same Non-Smart Plan doctor. Conflicting information and conflicting pay outs!
