Non-Smart Plan Doctor's bill Rejected.
Discovery tell you that they pay 80% of non-Smart Plan Doctors. My account from a non-Smart Plan Doctor just been rejected by Discovery! Now they say they pay non-Smart Plan Doctors 80% ONLY for Chronic conditions!
