Non response on refund

Good day,

I haven't received feedback yet on the rest of my email dated 11 March 2020 but the bank details have been updated.

Please see below email request and advise.

Dear Discovery Health, Kindly find attached completed request to change bank details for the refund of my MSA. I hereby request that the medical savings amount that is due to me is paid into my account within this month. I do understand that payment is only made 4 months as per the rules but I am currently unemployed and this money would really assist me.

My family and I haven't consulted with the Medical Aid in 2020 but I will take full accountability of any payment of claims that should arise after the MSA has been refunded to me.
