Non resolution of claim

My 3 year old son was born with a left club foot, after many stories and letters this was approved by discovery as a prescribed minimum benefit, he needs to see the foot specialist 4 times per year which was approved by Discovery.<br> In 2014 he only went to the specialist 3 times, the last time was n November, after seeing the specialist I send the claim to discovery with the PMB reference number and it was send back \no money in savings account"this would not come from my savings account(ITS A APPROVED PMB)"
