Non-professional conduct.

Since the beginning of September 2020, an additional debit of R82-00 has been charged on the debit for E Owen & Partners, for every dialysis procedure attended, 3 procedures per week and this amount deducted from my Medical Saving Account. To date Discovery Health has not taken the effort to provide the reason/s for this deduction, with NO RESPONSE to my email query, more than two weeks ago. How's that for service, when they purport to be the best medical aid available !!!!!
