Non payments

I just got another invoice from my Psychiatrist re non payment. I don't understand why, when Discovery claims to have paid all outstanding claims Another hing. If a hospital claims above the agreed rate, why must I be tge one to adress this with tge service provider. I have been paying medical insurance for ages, please pay or sort this out with Glynnview hospital cause this is unacceptable and totally wrong
