NON PAYMENT OF WHAT THEY CONFIRMED WOULD BE PAID BY RETURN

I queried with Discovery if they would pay for my mammogram, they confirmed they would as it was a preventive treatment and I was entitled to it, every 2 years. 3 years since my last one.

I had the mammogram done on June 12, from doctors office invoice was placed in discovery box. A week later not a word from them I scanned and resent it to them.

Another reference number, no money paid, not a word from them. How much longer do I need to wait for my money, which according to them gets paid in 3 days...........
