NON PAYMENT OF REFUND

I put through two refund claims for medical treatment as a oensioner:

Claim 1 - R650- Claim sent through 13 May 2026 and thereafter 5 emails to query and submitted information that they requested which was on the documents and did it twice with NO RESPONSE

Claim 2 - R600- Sent 5 June 2026 and two further emails. NO RESPONSE
