Non-Payment of Physiotherapy

I received additional cover for Physiotherapy under the Prescribed Minimum Benefits. Discovery listed 3 codes that they would cover for 15 times. I app**** for additional cover under Al****, The****utic & Psychology. Discovery agreed to paying for another 12 Physiotherapy sessions. In the email they sent it states 12 sessions and not the individual codes unlike the mail for the Prescribed Minimum Benefits. Discovery covered 8 sessions and when I cancelled my membership and gave a month's notice they all of sudden declined the last 4 sessions of the 12. Discovery reason is that they only covering 12 codes but the mail stated clearly sessions and NOT codes! This just shows me what I have been complaining about the whole year. They take my money each month and when I needed their support to recover from my fall they would not assist me. It took weeks before you got a response if any and I never dealt with the same person. I have been waiting more than 5 days since I emailed them with my query. I will never be part of this medical scheme again!
