Non Payment of Claims

I have been struggling to get Discovery to pay my in-Hospital claims since April 2022. All were approved, the hospital stay was not paid, also the specialists and doctors who attended to me. Each time i call they say a case manager has been appointed and they will call with feedback, I am now getting letters of demand from the different service providers.
