Non payment of Chronic medication

I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2022. I was experiencing symptoms, I went to the doctor who did a sugar test and could not get a reading because my sugar was too high. She prescribed glucophage which I took for two days but with no change. My sugar tested at 29. When that did not work she sent me directly to the hospital as she was afraid I would go into a coma with my sugar so high. I was admitted for 7 days during which they tried 2 different insulins which did not work either, they then tried Zultophy which worked and managed to drop and maintain an acceptable reading of 4.7. Because I also have Lupus I was also prescribed Janumet and Jardiance in an attempt to assist my body to process all the new meds. To date Discovery has refused to cover all 3 medications on Chronic citing it as not being first line treatment. I find myself in a predicament as I am now unable to afford to pay for the insulin which costs R1543 a month over and above the R7800 I pay a month for medical aid membership. I have filled in dispute forms all to no avail. I keep getting the same response. Please assist in finding a solution as I now find myself at the end of my last pen of insulin with no money to get the next dose. I am bitterly disappointed in their method of handling my case.
