Non payment for services

<p>Ive called discovery numerous times because i cant use any benefits, it says accout suspended at service provider, and all the contact centre says is it doesnt show on their side. after weeks of fighting between my husband and myself, my daughter fell ill, and they will still not pay, even though membership is paid up. they have now logged a query, after 2 weeks and numerous medical bills because it cannot be processed on their side. it doesnt bother them that we have medical aid because we cant afford cash</p>
