Non payment

I had to pay a fee and then claim back from Medical Aid.<br> I have submitted the claim with a scan of the document via the web. They complained that they could not see the code.<br> I then had to fax it to them. Still stated that they could not make out the code.<br> I then requested my son to email to them. They still claimed they could not see it.<br> My son then faxed it twice. Now they claim that the code is incorrect.<br> Now they say the company must phone them to check the code.<br> <br> Every excuse not to pay. I will not recommend this medical aid to anyone and will continue fighting to get my money and continue using social media to discredit this ******* of a company. *****ing from a pensioner.
