Non pay of code 4171 which Discovery approved

I originally sent an email 29th October 2015 stating that for the Hypertension for which my chronic benefit was approved as of 13th October 2015 refers.<br> <br> The code 4171 for Urea & Electrolytes, Discovery advised when they approved the benefit, would be paid. However as per the amount of<br> R181.20 below, for code 4171, was rejected.<br> <br> Why is this the case when Discovery specifically stated that they would pay on this code??????<br> <br> Please could you take this up for me.<br> <br> They have however paid partial amounts for codes 4027 and 4032 which were also approved as chronic benefit under Hypertension.<br> <br> So i dont understand the rejection of code 4171 which they too approved????<br>
