Discovery's communication is non-existent. You phone them to rectify THEIR mistake and will be sent from pillar to post and you hold on for half an hour. The "consultants" promise to call you back, which never happens. This company is unable to rectify their mistakes. There is absolutely no required communication from Discovery's side with their members.
