Non existent service.

Another company that deserves a minus star rating. It is impossible to actually get through to anyone to speak to and if you are lucky enough to do so the line is so bad you cannot hear them. I have been dealing with a claim query for a month now but no one looks at the previous email correspondence. Their level of service is non existent.
