Non existent service as usual from Discovery

I very rarely have to claim for anything from my medical aid and like clockwork Discovery deducts their very large premium from my account every month. At the beginning of this year I saw a maxillo facial surgeon about 2 tooth implants I needed to have done and sent through the quotation to Discovery to find out what would be covered and what wouldn't be. The response was a copy and paste from the policy wording. Apparently asking your medical aid for an answer in simple terms is not possible. When I complained I was told that the info I requested was given even though I was not in a position where I understood what would be covered. Eventually after many requests I received a list of codes that would and wouldn't be covered (still not what I asked for) but I then had to work through the quote and figure it out myself. Anyway, I went for the surgery and had to pay upfront and then submit the claim after, lo and behold when Discovery reimbursed me, they did not pay for everything that they said they would. I queried this on 21 April, they responded on the 22nd asking for more info which I sent on the same day. It has been almost a month later and I havent heard a thing? Unacceptable
