PLEASE RESOLVE my query submitted over a month ago- I have called numerous times and after finally getting to speak to a consultant and them dealing with my query, the call gets cut off EACH AND EVERY TIME, and back to square one with a new consultant, and the circle continues- PLEASE JUST HELP!
