Non existent emergency service from ***

You emergency number is not availble ,i tried on mobile and line , why is this number not accessible ? *** I am disappointed at your awful service. We pay to get this substandard service. I am stuck with a sick child with a running stomach and you are failing to just pick up a phone.

I am highly disappointed at Discovery as a brand.
