Non Disclosure
In 2015 I app**** for membership at Discovery and was accepted. At that stage I was not diagnosed with high blood pressure, so I did not put it on the form, on that time. Then I went to my General Practitioner in January 2016, and he diagnosed me with high blood pressure and sent a request in for chronic. A lady phoned me and said that I had to put it on the first form, I told her my story and then they cancelled my medical. I phoned Discovery the last week in February 2016, and they said I can re-apply, I put everything on the application form and sent it through, When I phoned Discovery today they told me that my application is rejected. I am very very disappointed! I hope somebody will help me to fix this problem.
