Non delivery of chronic medicine

I have a straight-forward re-curring order for chronic medication that I CANNOT be without. When I receive my 'your order is due' SMS I would go to the site and re-order the medicine, in order for it to arrive on time before my current medication is finished. I receive the SMS stating it will take 2 days to be delivered. It's a week later and I have not received the medication and I am now out of medicine.<br> <br> This is not the first month this happened. It happens EVERY month. I have to call TWICE every time to get the items delivered. Once my 5-month recurring is up, I will never use MedXpress again. You are unreliable. You are not delivering trinkets, this is people's lives you are gambling with! You need to take special care to be on time. You have ONE job, deliver medicine and you cannot even to that without constant reminding from me.<br> <br> I am only at Discovery as I have to be through my company. If I could, I would leave Discovery as well.
