Nobody phoned like you promised
I called in to place an order for repeat medicine with Medxpress at 10h00 this morning. The call centre agent could not help and promised that someone from the pharmacy will phone shortly to help me place the order.<br> <br> It is now the end of the day and I am still waiting for someone to call so that I may place the order.
