Nobody knows whats going on.

Firstly, I've been with discovery for about 10 years now, and for the very first time, I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided.<br> <br> Late last year, they advertised their new plan.<br> On paper it looked great.<br> Better Hospital cover<br> Acute day to day of defined list with co-payment<br> unlimited Doctor cover with co-payment <br> Great?Come 2016, and all hell has broken loose.<br> I went to the doctor twice,and that worked.But come to the acute medication, they covered nothing. Come surprise 1, they only cover Schedule 3 and over. (Huh, where was this stated on their correspondence anywhere last year)<br> So then they should at least cover the sofradex & spersadex, both Schedule 4? Wrong again. and nobody can tell me why. I've just been told it is part of general exclusion, but nobody can give me a list of general exclusions, that states that it is excluded.<br> Surprise 2, they no longer cover the chronic medication that my husband has been on for the past 2 years. And they cannot provide documentation of which medication is covered. I eventually got give verbal confirmation of 2 that are covered. <br> I've been on phone for almost 5 hours over past 2 weeks and still no joy
