Nobody knows how things work....
I submitted a claim to Discovery on the 23rd March... Every time I call the call center I get another answer. One person tells me that it takes 3 working days to process and 3 working days to pay out... The next day I call to follow up if all the information is correct and this person tells me that I will have my money in two days... Today I call to make sure that they received my resubmitted claim and now it is going to take another 3 working days again... Does nobody know how the system works?????? It has taken me almost a month to sort out one claim.....
