The most frustrating. I’ve been trying to do something so simple for past 6 YEARS with Discovery. That’s to update my phone number. I’ve tried contacting consults, I’ve had the financial advisor do it, I’ve done it telephonically, but again when I call discovery today, it STILL reads me a cellphone number I last used in 2014. No words.
