No Vitality points from Discovery

Discovery advertise that if you enter the Vitality Run series that you'll get bonus points for completing the race and that these will be automatically allocated to your Vitality account. I've now entered and completed the first 3 races, all 10km, so I should have received 1,100 points per race. I have to this point not received my points for any of the races and have had zero feedback or assistance when I have tried to contact Discovery for assistance. The only reason that I've given them 1 star is because I can't give them 0 stars.

If you are reading this, I suggest you sign up with Momentum rather than Discovery...never had such poor service.
