No Vitality Cashbacks for months!

Vitality review; please forward. I am still waiting on HealthyFood, HealthyCare, Gym Booster, Flight Booster & Petrol benefit cashbacks. Its been about 4 months now since I received any cashback at all. I was told I would receive my HealthyFood cashback on 8 December and my HealthyCare cashback in late December, but have not received anything. Have also sent emails through with no response. I am very tired of constantly waiting & being given empty promises. I'm now looking around at other health insurance providers as I'm growing very disillusioned with Discovery. Any feedback would be appreciated
