No value for money! A **** of note!

This plan takes away R4200 of my salary, yet their formulary list consists of very mediocre medication given by dispensing Drs. On top of that, I have R5500 on my specialist benefit, but cannot get a R500 cream prescribed by the dermatologist, to my frustration, I have to go back to provider to change script, and there's nothing they can prescribe in the list because nothing is for acne!! Now provider had to prescribe something I must buy meds out of pocket? Sounds like a **** to me!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

The Red tape is very frustrating and I am definitely taking this up with the medical aid board. I cant pay so much and still be medically frustrated!!
