NO URGENCY !!!!!

ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lodged a complaint , They said they will assist, They keep asking the same things over and over just to delay the auth. My Dad has to go for the operation, Last Year the Dr emailed a motivation letter, they asked a Motivation AGAIN, I do not understand why it is so difficult to assist your members. This is ridiculous - you don't care , you delaying this process , there is no urgency in this matter, and then I DONT GET FEEDBACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
