NO TREATING THE CUSTOMER FAIRLY!!!!!!

I am waiting now day 4 no feedback regarding my query on the claim that was rejected. after 14 Years with Discovery this is the service I get..... Disgusting to say the least make promises that they can't keep.

Maybe I must look for another medical aid?
