No Tax Certificate from Discovery Health

<p>This is now the 3rd day that I am waiting for my Tax Certificate from Discovery. On their website they proudly display that the new 2016/17 tax certificates are now available but when you click on the link only the last 2 years is available. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent an email to request it. I then called the call centre 4 times going through the telephone prompts and requested the new tax certificate, 3 via email and 1 via fax, Still nothing. Then I phoned the following day and waited until I could speak to an actual person. He quickly helped me, checked my email address and sent of the tax certificate. It is now almost 25 hour since and I still haven't received the tax certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I checked the website system and requested my old certificate and it was sent within a minute of asking for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on Discovery.</p> <p> </p>
