NO SUCESS WITH A CLAIM FOR MY DAUGHTER

My baby daughter had two vaccinations on two separate occasions whilst visiting me in Riyadh and she also had to see a doctor before the vaccination as that the law here.<br> I submitted the claim and resent it a few times. Each time there are additional document required or other excuses of international claims department being too busy etc. <br> The individual dealing with this Roberto Rampersadh is absolutely *********** as he has been dealing with this for two months now with no progress in finalizing and paying the claim and replies when he feels like replying with no new update.<br> I want my claim to be paid as ive waisted a lot of time with this claim.
