No service - waiting a month now for just a quote

Since December we have been trying to add dependents onto an already existing membership. Up to day we have only had the run around. Emails from applications department for forms, we complete the forms and then they say they want reference numbers, we sent that and then they request the forms again and so it has been going all the time.

We have been on the phone for days now and spending endless amounts of money with no results, we get thrown from person to person and no-one can assist.

All we need:

1. My underage son is currently the main member, I want him to be an dependent 2. I want to become the main member 3. I want to add my fiance and mom and dad as dependents 4. I need a quote for all this is - showing everyone's contribution individually so that I know what they are paying.

Now we have tried forms, emails, phone calls and constant fighting with different people at Discovery, to say the least this is now just getting out of hand.

Please if anyone knows of another medical aid that can assist we would love to know
