No service or care

I have contacted Discovery on numerous occasions to enquire about claims. I have not had a single experience where my query has been resolved in the first contact. My experience has unfortunately been one where I get cut off after waiting for a while for an agent to gather information. The agent although I explain to them my previous experience and ask that should we get cut off they call back but again this never happens. This has been reported previously but I don’t think they care much for customer experience or satisfaction. The last 2 agents I spoke to today was Kevarsan and Princess.
