No service from Discovery Health and forensic department does not exict so false service offered to clients

Please do not join Discovery Health. I have sent mails twice on the 11th of Oct 2018, again on the 15th of Oct to ********** a service Discovery Health offers if you want doctors accounts to be investigated. Up to date NO RESPONSE. I filed a official complaint via my Broker at Discovery on the 17th of Oct 2018 to ask if this service is really a service or does Discovery Health offers a false service. AGAIN NO ANSWER FROM DISCOVERY MANAGEMENT UP TO NOW!! So they do not give service to a Discovery Broker neither to a client. So clearly Discovery Health does not know what the word Service means and does not even respond to a complaint!!! I have lodge a complaint at ********** because Discovery does not pay attention to my complaint. So please do not consider to join Discovery Health and is appears as if they offer a false service of a Forensic department because you do not get any feedback at all. Also there is no number to phone the forensic department to confirm if they have received your mail. BAD BAD SERVICE AS PREVIOUSLY. SECOND TIME I HAVE REPORTED YOU TO THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL SCHEMES. Karina van den Berg.
