No service from discovery 8585

Discovery had been trying to without notification or permission deduct money from my account I have sent them proof and I have tried speaking to them but they just rude and do not respond after several attempts to get an answer from them hence I have to go to these lengths to get some attention from Discovery Both ladies Rosanne and veroshnee have totally messed up this escalation since Feb 2021 months later and still the query has not been resolved. If the staff is not competent to handle basic maths I suggest they employ people better suited for the positions
