No service from Discovery

POOR service! Cannot get through on the telephone to speak to an operator. Cut off 3 times today. Maube there are no operators on a Friday afternoon?? Need to sort out my vitality points that are not reflecting and an international claim that has been with Discovery for over 2 weeks. The call recording states that the call may be recorded to rate their service ..... I WISH! there is no recording because there is NO service!!!
