No service at Discovery Health

Adrian Gore and his company are a bunch of arrogant, pathetic and useless people who refuse to resolve matters and are sending you from pillar to post. We have been trying for more than 3 Months now to have monies reimbursed, but to no avail. My wife and I went to their Head Office in Sandton in Sandton and we were refused entry. The explanation given was that we most raise our queries telephonically. When you phone them, no option is given to speak to either someone in the claims department or a consultant, they rather give you hundreds of other useless options. What a overrated and non caring company this is. Shame on you, Adrian Gore!
