No service at all nobody working

Had many problems . From them taking my local doctor away from key care . To them stopping my Discovery when my child was sick I could not use it even tho I paid. we sent them proof of income they still message us that they didn't get it . They take our money give customers service please read the mail we sent you with proof of income and do your actual job or get people competent to do it but don't mess around with paying clients . Someone can advice on alternative medical please ?
