No service at all

Well I app**** authaziation to see the gynie. An I have not been able to get assistance. According to a lady by the name of Rosanna Kinloch I am supose to be assisted by Charlotte in the standard department.. But I have been calling an no one can put me through to this ghost Charlotte. I then sent Rosanna an email n she has not bothered to respond to me at all.. What do I do. My health is detirating by the day. Someone please please help me
