no service after hours

<p>i have been a member on discovery for years & i unfortunately had to come off the medical aid, when i went back on this year i could not pay the premium, on monday or tuesday this week i called to find out if i can pay the balance to get my medical aid unsuspended i was told that they have already done the payment run, guess what i did not pay the balance of r1608.00 & it came back to bite me, i got sick yesterday & had to leave the hospital becuase i could not be admitted because no one was available for me to make the payment & get my medical aid unsuspended, i am really not happy about the service, i had to pay for my own blood test yesterday i had to pay r1300 for the casualty fee, will i be able to claim this back. dont ever not pay your medical aid becuase you will get no help from discovery you might be dying & still no help</p>
