I refer to several mails also the last one below dated 19 AUgust 2022

We refer to mail below and our telephone conversation today. After having to hold the line for exactly 48 minutes I were advised to dispute this matter, which I am doing today.

My questions were as follows : • Mr du Toit passed away on 29 August 2019, the membership was changed to Mrs M Du Toit in November 2019. • The estate late was advertised to Creditors and Debtors on 29 May 2020, were all creditors had to report their claims with us within 30 days, we did not receive any claims • After 3 years we receive a statement with an outstanding balance of R24 115 which you requested be paid by Mrs M du Toit.

As executor of the estate we request this claim to be reversed due to the necessary steps not followed.

We need confirmation that our request was handled in writing.
