No Service/ 30 + reference numbers and nothing

I was a member of Discovery, Membership was terminated, and I was in contact with Discovery almost daily to find out what I must pay for the medical savings pro rata, once I got the amount I requested that I psy it off over 6 months. They accepted it, after Zi made my first months pmt, I emailed to follow up if pmt was allocated. No one could answer at i was referred to different departmens all the time. I then decided to pay the balance once off only to find out I have been blacklister!! Got I call from ITCBA, demanfing that I pay there cost and the R405 already psif to discovery as the pmt I made was paid into the membership accounts. Commited to remove my name from ITC and that i be refunded the overpaid amount. Can any of these people be trusted as none of these have been done and no one answer my emails. So Disvovery.... Wsiting for my name to be cleared and my refund please!!
