No service

Posed question regarding claim on 10th June 2019 and with follow ups. My son had an accident had to have stitches and will not pay for the needle and the gloves. So Dr should of used no gloves let him get an infection and probably his office stapler to save costs. Very quick to suspend if no premium paid but where is the service from Discovery to it's members???
