No service!

I have submitted the documentation required to change my surname on 2 separate occasions and followed up each time as my surname has still not been changed with Discovery Health. This is the third time that I am requesting the same thing... Please update my surname which has now legally changed after marriage. My first experience of really poor service from Discovery. So disappointing.
