No rules

At the beginning of this year I had moved to a lower plan- Essential Delta Comprehensive. I found out now, without anyone mentioning, that I have a self payment gap of over R7 000. if I knew this before I would never have changed to this plan. I will never get out of that gap! Whats the point of paying when my gap is so big? So I call today to move to Classic Delta Comprehensive and all of a sudden I cannot change for a year as its an UPGRADE. I am the one paying so whats the difference if im asking to upgrade? my monthly payment will be more and I will pay. I can downgrade during the year no problem. This is ridiculous as when I called last year none of this was explained to me. I have the plan forms in front of me and nowhere does it say what the self payment will be I thought its a months contribution.<br> I need to change my plan as you wont be covering anything with such a big gap and it you cant help then I will have to look into a med aid that will help.<br> u cant tell members they can change when they need and then change your rules as you please.
