No return in sight!

Very *********** bunch! I have been waiting for my medical tax return for more than 2 months, you guys have been sending me from pillar to post with empty promises. The matter was even escalated, Mlungisi wasn't even providing feed or calling me as he said he would and now Roger promised me it would be sorted in a day or two last week and I'm still waiting. I couldn't even get ahold of him and he didn't even contact me. Can you guys sort this mess out already, because this is unacceptable!
