No responses to queries

I have sent a request twice to ********** asking for guidance in the sense of how and which process i need to follow to complete the notification that i going to travel abroad, but it seems that discovery is very quick to hike up the tarrifs and quick to want to sell insurance etc but asking one simple thing and they will not respond easily if my memory stand corrected i had to complete a hellopeter the first time i went abroad as well for the exact same reason as now, it has to make one wonder what would happen if something does happen to one medically it would seem that they would not be able to live up to the expectations of the client... i want to still find out where and what form do i require to complete for when a person travels abroad
